JOB DUTIES:
– Advise clients on all aspects of tax, ranging from corporate tax planning, tax strategy,
merger & acquisitions, tax due diligence to monthly and annual tax compliance.
– Communicate with Tax Department and Customs officials.
– Peer reviews the work of more junior staff and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
– Review monthly and annual tax returns prepared by junior accountants.
– Review monthly financial report prepared by junior accountants before sending to clients.
– Review financial report for submitting to Accounting and Auditing Regulator (follow IFRS Standard).
– Respond directly with external auditor and tax auditor.
– Apply for tax refunds and DA in a timely manner.
– Keep up to date with any developments relating to accounting standard, tax and customs laws, regulations and practice.
– Other tasks as assign.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting major or others related field,
– At least 4-5 years in accounting, financial control and taxation
– Knowledge of IFRS Standard is a must
– Good in English speaking, listening, and writing
– Ability to speak Japanese is a plus
